Majette Sidewalk

Bay City Builders recently completed the Majette Sidewalk Project for Bay County; a community enhancement initiative focused on solving long-standing drainage issues and improving public accessibility within the park’s playground area. This section of the parking lot frequently collected stormwater, causing flooding conditions and creating an uneven, unsafe path for families and children visiting the park.

To address these concerns, our team regraded the site and constructed a new ADA-compliant sidewalk and footbridge, providing a safe, durable, and accessible route from the parking lot to the playground. The new concrete walkway not only helps channel water away from high traffic areas but also ensures that residents of all abilities can enjoy the park’s recreational amenities.

This project reflects our commitment to building practical, community-centered infrastructure that enhances safety, accessibility, and long-term usability for Bay County citizens.
